Rachel Busby

Rachel Busby, Consultant, has been working alongside non-profits to amplify their advocacy goals for more than a decade. Prior to My Power People, Rachel worked with Lori Fresina and Susan Morin at M+R New England. She began this role after an introduction to both advocacy campaign work (and Lori!) during the Massachusetts Smoke-Free Workplace campaign. Rachel has been hooked on non-profit advocacy ever since. She loves the behind-the-scenes research and writing that builds power for campaigns and is passionate about policy as a driver of social justice.  

Rachel lives with her family in Needham, MA. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Virginia and a Master of Public Health degree from Boston University.
