Lori Fresina

 Lori was ready to launch My Power People in 2019 when she got the opportunity of a lifetime to lead the equity-centered Voices for Healthy Kids initiative at the American Heart Association. Not wanting to give up on the MPP dream, she was able to officially carve out some time from her new gig to keep the MPP practice moving forward. 

As the co-creator of the Power Prism® advocacy framework, Lori is a passionate and tireless advocate, trainer, coach, and strategist with nearly 30 years of experience making communities healthier and more equitable by pushing government from the outside. Her career has hopscotched between some of the biggest voluntary health advocacy organizations in the US, starting with the American Cancer Society, Campaign for Tobacco-Free Kids, and now the American Heart Association. 

In between, she spent 13 years as a Senior Vice President at M+R Strategic Services helping organizations large and small build power for their missions while also making lifelong friends and refining her approach to successful advocacy.  See LinkedIn profile
